I suppose this is how they make their profits...if they don't answer the phone, they don't have to honor their Warrantee Policy. After being frustrated getting the run around from several local shops on the AC for my Subaru, I got in touch with Zach over here at Discount AC Parts. See business transparency 6 weeks later unit failed - squealing noise consistent with bearing failure. My AC started blowin hot air on Monday. I will be recommending you guys to all my friends.

Called Paul on Tuesday after I spoke to my mechanic and got a brand new compressor with the kit for less than half the price the dealer wanted to charge me. they never respond to emails or phone calls. Under no circumstances buy from them !!!! Thank you! An eternity to sort out. It turns out that the AC compressor is almost always to blame and getting it cheap online and then just paying a gas station to replace it for my honda was so much chepaer than what the dealer wanted, by $700.
Stuart was also very knowledgeable with actual AC repair techniques and principles. That was fantastic because it's definitely hot in the south this time of year.

I was super nervous after reading all the bad reviews, but I accidently entered wrong billing info and after waiting an hour for customer service they were really nice and fixed the issue and still got my part to me by the next day. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. This place has ZERO customer service. Took payment on a failed order. They mostly repair commercial, but also specialize in residential AC and furnace. I live in Southern California and I can tell you when the AC in my car died on the 405 it was not a cool day. They did eventually help figure out it was from a kit from a different year truck that works on mine but they could not find the part.
