There are two bus routes available, the Sydney tour which has 23 stops and the Bondi and Bays tour which has 10 stops. Buses depart just around the corner and are clean and comfortable as you would expect.

Poor reflection on a great city.Since we were in Sydney for only a few days with no car, we decided to take this Hop on/Hop off double decker bus tour for 48 hours. Melbourne To Sydney. There I spent a couple of hours in Bondi beach area.
Services between Melbourne and Adelaide are running - but only the daytime service is running - overnight serves are suspended.Click any location name to see all lines serving that location. I did the Sydney tour just enjoying the ride without stepping out on any of those 23 stops, then continued to the Bondi tour. Centrally located around the corner from Circular Quay, buying tickets at the office could not have been easier and was provided with a smiley welcome.
The only feedback is that the street at circular quay was closed hence they could do a better job of highlighting this to the customers.
Overall I was really happy with the Firefly bus from Sydney to Melbourne.
The assistant at the big bus shop failed to mention this and we ended up waiting for an hour for a bus that would not stop. Firefly services between Sydney and Melbourne have been suspended.
Services between Melbourne and Adelaide are running - but only the daytime service is running - overnight serves are suspended. If you want to maximize the one day trip option, you should start as early as their service starting time, otherwise paying 67USD for two would be too much for a half day trip like I had in my case.
Their service start at 9:30am and terminate at 6:30pm in winter time.

There is at least one bus per day from Melbourne to Sydney.
