The bill should be waived for the inconvenience (still haven't spoke to a supervisor after a month), inconsistencies (I get different responses and no itemized bills to see what they're charging me for), and incompetence (they didn't send a bill in March but sent April and May after it was paid off in February and no one knows why) and please stop charging me late fees and finance charges. May 6th I called back and spoke with Peggy again and she's telling me I'm being financed charged and late fees are on there for February, March, April and May.
