A big bed replaced with two smaller ones (I was staying solo and so two beds were excessive and unnecessary), I was placed by the pool on the ground floor (I didn't have the privacy that I would have liked), and I was unable to enjoy the view of the harbour that I had hoped (instead of Castle Harbour, I had a view of the pool, and the airport). We enjoyed the food at both restaurants and even the service at the pool was great! The villas are also conveniently close to Rosewood Bermuda Hotel & Spa. Ps. Though this inconvenience did damped a big part of the holiday, many things for this staycation did go well.
Food was mediocre at all resort restaurants (we tried them all) EXCEPT an amazing meal at the island brasserie. In many cases, I would have to call the requested service a few times before I could speak to anyone.
