The fabric was uncomfortable and not aesthetically pleasing. If you need a solid desk with plenty of surface area, if you're looking for a desk with solid cable management. Even the delivery men put the sofa exactly where it needed to be, which was plus for me because it was very heavy. Even though there were some punctures on the box, the contents were packed with care and bubble-wrap. I highly recommend purchasing from them.I have expressed my dissatisfaction with your customer service agent called Emily, and I must say the way she handled it definitely strengthens my opinion on not to shop with this brand again. Rove Concepts is a brand with a reputation for high quality products and super amazing services. My family and I moved homes before I was able to confirm with Elly my new fabric choice, but she didn't seem to mind since I'm sure the holiday was a busy time for the company.

We drove up to the entrance and the warehouse employees were very nice and… We paid $600 delivery fee. A well designed and made product supplied and well packaged. Glad your sister was able to get what she wanted too :)The DAR Molded Plastic Chair caught my fancy and I made an order immediately. When I tried to return the chair I learned that Rove does not cover return shipping and also charges a 15% return fee and don’t refund original shipping. Based on the colours on the website, the help of the sales person, and the photos sent; I made the purchase. The customer service rep I corresponded with told me it was "unfair" of me to even request a return given their policies and that she would not forward me on to a manager because it'd be pointless. I am grateful to Rove Concepts for such a wonderful gift.The E-gift cards service offered by Rove Concepts is one of the best I have come across for some time now. The materials are medium grade construction. She gave me the impression she would honor my discount for the full order that now includes 7 additional items.
