This company first off is impossible to get ahold of for issues , we have been ripped off by more then 7,000.00 from these people , with their late , fees , and transaction fees . Then we started seeing the extra charges for different programs that we were being randomly enrolled in(fraud protection, etc. ) After mailing the first invoice they have no longer mailed any invoices -- all invoices are being sent by email. After doing some research I have found many, many, many, many people with the exact same complaint(s): late billing, no-billing, bi-weekly billing, overcharging, hidden fees, no customer support, non-working billing / payment portal, check-holding to create late fees!!!! Omg. Accreditation This business is not BBB Accredited . Verified customer If you have this card, review your bill carefully against actual pump receipts!!! I'm tired of working the game and fighting this battle to stop fees added unfairly to my bill...I AM NOT PAYING THE LATEST EXCESSIVE CRIMINAL FEE JUST BECAUSE YOU DECIDED TO CHANGE THE DUE DATE WITHOUT NOTICE!!! They make it extremely difficult to reach them to resolve an issue, they do not send invoices timely, the website can be difficult to get set up to view, constantly adding fees for services that should be standard (dashboard, reports, - I had all this cut off saved money and there was really no change in my view), delays processing payments to add late fees intentionally (you will not prove otherwise how blatantly unethically crafted your business model is), changes due dates for payment without proper notice, criminally excessive late fees with interest charges on top of the late fees (you are INSANE!

The agent enrolling us said we were the third account that day she had switched from fuelman for the same reasons. I would also mention that we have been automatically enrolled in rewards programs that I verbally declined.
