We had to wait to get into out room on arrival. I cannot possibly name all of the staff members that we encountered but I will name a few of the best. First safety since we were told a number of times that Jamaica can be unsafe- a shuttle bus took us from the cruise port directly inside the gated hotel grounds and the same thing in reverse, at no time did we feel the least bit concerned about security and would consider staying a few days at the hotel.
