My apologies for misunderstanding - there's no option to apply the equivalent "Page Border Art" to shapes or text boxes in Word I know for a fact that it could be done in Word 2003 and Word 2007. I was trying to get an answer for applying Border Art which is available at the Page Border tab. But I have yet to be able to find the procedure to add a border (such as stars) to a text box created in Word 2010.
